Fire Damage will Delay This One

Well, once the home was re-keyed and we were able to get inside, we had a little shock. Seems there was a fire in the house in December of last year. The previous owner started rehab, but it was never finished. The inside is a bit of a mess, so there will be a delay while the bank fields bids for repairs.
